Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Stéphane, un hôte réactif, accueillant et à l’écoute. Il fera tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable y compris avec collations, glaces et boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Quartier agréable, avec un accès rapide à pied aux métros, RER et bus. L’appartement est d’une propreté remarquable, très bien agencé et équipé. Espace chic et épuré, conforme aux photos. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement et c’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour parisien. Elsa et Florent.

It’s never easy being in a foreign country but Ophélie was so responsive and helpful and made the living aspect of the trip a breeze. Any questions we had she was right there to help and also provided a fantastic list of recommendations! The space is self was equally fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and living experience during our stay in Paris.

Séjour très agréable, dû pour partie à l'accueil reçu ainsi qu'à la qualité du logement proposé. Emmanuelle est une hôte très accueillante et très agréable, elle a fait preuve tout au long de notre séjour de prévenance et de conseils très utiles. C'est une personne que l'on est content de connaître. Le logement était conforme à la description et très agréable à vivre, il est idéalement situé dans un quartier animé mais peu bruyant, avec beaucoup de commerces utiles et de restaurants. De nombreux moyens de transports au alentour permettant de bien circuler dans Paris. Il est évident que nous y retournerons .

Die Unterkunft punktet mit einer hervorragenden Anbindung – sowohl Bus als auch Metro sind schnell zu erreichen. Sie befindet sich in einer lebendigen Gegend mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem abwechslungsreichen Abendangebot. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – ideal, um sich auch mal dort aufzuhalten. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat schnell reagiert. Die Küche war mit mehr als genügend Utensilien ausgestattet, was das Kochen sehr angenehm machte. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Bei geöffnetem Fenster ziehen mitunter starke, fleischlastige Kochgerüche von einem der beiden darunterliegenden Restaurants durch den Hinterhof in die Wohnung – wer darauf empfindlich ist, sollte das wissen. Insgesamt aber eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish flat! The space is modern and cozy, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a comfy leather sofa, and tons of natural light from large windows. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the exposed brick adds character. The wooden staircase and herringbone floors give it a timeless feel. The host was super responsive. Absolutely recommended.

Christophe’s place was great, very comfy, full of interesting decorations that you could spend hours contemplating. The location is excellent and Christophe was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend his flat!

What a beautiful apartment with a lovely and peaceful inner yard. My three teenagers and I really enjoyed our four days in Paris and in this apartment. Nice area and a really good location near metro and bus stations, shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to the main sights. Alessandra and Louis were really nice and answered our questions right away. We warmly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Als wir die Wohnung betreten haben, die ziemlich zentral liegt, haben wir uns gleich in den Style und die Lage verliebt. Im 6 Stock mit Blick über einen Teil von Paris ist die Wohnung wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es einen Metrozugang. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine Bushaltestelle. Wir sind in 45 Minuten ins Pariser Zentrum gelaufen. In der Gasse um die Ecke gibt es unter anderem gut sortierte Bäcker, Obsthändler, Fleisch-und Fischhändler mit allem was man so braucht. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen bemühen wir uns gerne wieder um diese Wohnung. 👍👍👍👍👍

I love this apartment! It fits so much in a small space, while still making the apartment feel big. I also loved the little reading nook involved as well. We were also welcomed to a few glasses of wine that was there, and made my first tim in Paris feel much more welcoming! The host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment in Paris!! We had a wonderful stay at Servane & Pierre-Jacques’ apartment in Paris. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, elegant and even more spacious than we expected — a rare find in the city! The location was ideal, in a lovely neighborhood with everything we needed close by. Check-in and check-out were smooth and perfectly timed, making the whole experience effortless. Servane provided detailed information about the apartment, neighborhood, restaurants and more. She was also extremely responsive with questions we had and when we needed additional help. This apartment deserves more than a 5-star rating. This is without a doubt the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great for a solo traveler like me. It’s peaceful, and safe, and the bed was cozy after long days of seeing the city. It’s close by to great shopping on Rue Mouffetard along with restaurants. Benjamin was responsive, easy to communicate with, helpful, and allowed me some flexibility with checking in and checking out.

La localisation est excellente, très pratique pour visiter les environs. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs : un petit souci rencontré à notre arrivée a été réglé dans la journée. La communication a été simple, fluide et efficace. Je recommande vivement !
