Kindness is the watchword!!! A lovely place, immediately felt like grandma's house. Everything you need, hot water, kitchen provided, view... thank you for everything, see you soon. We had a relaxing week together with our dog (p.s. ticks around, always check!!!). A hug to Rosella!

Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

We had a wonderful time at Lucas's house. His warm mother Virginia and Luca himself are excellent hosts – friendly, attentive and always helpful. (And of course Dora🥰, the dog, not to forget) Everything was very clean and well maintained, you immediately felt comfortable. The garden with the lemon and olive trees is an absolute dream – ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It is also particularly nice that you can do a lot due to the location between mountains and sea. There are numerous attractions in the area that can be reached quickly, or just chill by the sea.🏖 We can recommend this house at any time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable stay. Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Three friends and I spent one night in Giuseppe's apartment. He was very kind and helpful. We didn't stay much, early in the morning we left for the crossing of the Apuan Alps

A great apartment, modern, clean and spacious with a beautiful terrace that is the extra touch. Cristina was very flexible and very kind. The location is also very good.

The house is very welcoming and functional and has everything you need, even for the little ones (absolutely not trivial as a plus). Communication with Daniela was always effective and she responded quickly to any of our requests. We hope to be back!

A beautiful traditional village home. Incredible views of the surrounding mountains. A fantastic base if your are a walker looking to explore this region. Very quiet at night. Had a great nights sleep.

Me, my husband and our baby stayed for a week and it felt like home! Everything was organized and facilities made our life easy. Especially that I have a baby, it was very convenient to cook, wash, sleep and feel like home. The location is perfect: lots of things to do, quiet, safe, clean and walkable.

Fabrizio and his apartment are an absolute delight! The place is beautifully decorated with great taste and the location CANNOT be beat. 10 stars!!!!! Loved it and will surely be back!

The hosts Giorgo and Laura are very accommodating, hospitable and have always proactively provided us with all the necessary information. An additional travel cot and high chair were organized for our toddler. The apartment is well equipped and was able to accommodate two families with two children each very well. The only public beach in Massa "Spiaggia libera Le Dune" is a short drive away by car. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation to everyone. Thanks for having us!

Great experience in Italy - me and my family really enjoyed the stay. Never managed to get bored as there is so much to do in the area around the town. The parking space was really helpful 👌Special thanks to our lovely hosts who were sooo helpful and easy going. Grazie and see you next time guys

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Andrea’s apartment in Pietrasanta. Before we even checked- in, Andrea was extremely responsive and proactive in his communication. The apartment was immaculate and provided a modern feel while maintaining its rustic charm. We greatly appreciate the clear instructions Andrea provided, and that he took time out of his day to meet us at the parking spot, which was less than a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Highly recommend the apartment if you’re looking to be in a great walkable location to the Pietrasanta centre.

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

This was a fabulous apartment in a great central location. Access was easy loved all the windows and good facilities. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Lucca. Thank you.

Very nice balcony. Some of the windows have window screens, so you can open them without worrying about mosquitoes. The WiFi could be improved, it didn’t work at times during our stay.

Excellent hosting, always responsive. We enjoyed the accommodation with the view of the Apuan Alps mountain. Quiet and close to amenities and the sea. Train station too, but you need a car. We were on a weekend for the 5 lands: beautiful!

Just a very special place. It’s actually even better than the photos. Lots of walking up steep hills but it’s a really special town and full of friendly people. Highly recommend the house

The appartement was a very peaceful and cosy place for a stop during our bikepacking trip, where we could rest and enjoy cooking our own dinner, while having a supermarket 5min away by feet ! They also have a great garage to store the bikes for the night 🚲😊
