The cottage is an ancient olive oil mill dates back to XVIII century completely restored and modernised situated in Nocchi, a cute village inhabited from many English people and set in the Tuscany hills nearby historic city as Camaiore (famous to be a via Francigena’s stop-over), Pietrasanta, in which live and work many artists known all over the world like Fernando Botero, Lucca (notorious for its intact walls) and Pisa (the ceiling tower town). Besides, Nocchi is close to seaside cities as Viareggio (famous for its carnival) and Forte dei Marmi. The cottage is very big (130 square meters) and is divided on two floors: on the ground floor there is a big living room open space composed by kitchen and relax zone, while on the first floor there are a small, but functioning bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and two large bedrooms, which one provides inside of another bathroom with shower. The property also has a private parking and two independent ingresses. Next to the cottage, and always part of the property, there is a wonderful common garden (3000 square metres) in which is placed a wonderful swimming pool provided of beach chairs and beach umbrellas where you can relax yourself.
