Vacation rentals with a patio in Monticello

We had a great long weekend staying at Andrea’s place! Amazing location right off of Main Street, convenient and close to everywhere we wanted to go, and easy parking. The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. Andrea was also super responsive and accommodating.

I must say, being that it was my first time traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I think I found my safe spot to unwind and relax. I love how peaceful and calming my stay was. There are things to do that’s no more than 30 minutes out. Jonathan and his team were very responsive when needed. The unit is exactly as the picture, very clean, appliances are in great condition, it has been maintained very well. I’m definitely coming back!

Enjoyed our stay and the place was so cute! This was a trip to a fan of The Office. Cannot believe this was the only option like this, but it was fantastic

This place was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. It’s in a great location—within walking distance of plenty of delicious local restaurants and fun activities. We loved how easy it was to explore the area without needing to drive. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay that’s close to food, attractions, and also a short drive to hiking and other things to do in the Poconos, this is a perfect choice!

Our family had a lovely relaxing stay at Adam’s home. The weather wasn’t all that we hoped but with the serene and conveniently located property, a thoughtful and welcoming host it was a good time. We received great recommendations for things to do nearby but also enjoyed the pool, a walk around the pond and the feathered friends on the property. Would stay again!

Loved our stay in this charming studio flat. Jenna was so helpful and we only wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the places she mentioned we visit. Our flat was really comfy (bed included) and located within easy walking distance to Joust Juice, where we enjoyed a yummy breakfast over live music. Catskill is super cute. We want to return!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Katherine’s beautiful cottage in Kingston. The home was cozy, clean and thoughtfully decorated ~ truly a perfect retreat. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and unwind. Katherine was a warm and responsive host, making everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Hudson Valley!

Definitely the most peaceful bnb I’ve stayed at! Right on the river, big yard with fire pits, not too far from the cute little town and a ton of nature surrounding. Was a great stay, Kelly was very attentive. Would definitely book this spot again.

My boyfriend and I had a great trip together. It was quiet and just what we needed. Will definitely book again in the future!

If you’ve stayed at their former AirB&B, the Art Cabin in the Woods, you’ll remember the little touches that made it magical, surprises at every turn - imagine that x5, that’s what you find here. GORGEOUS indoor space that’s colorful, whimsical and yet upscale & refined, from the radiant heated floors to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen..the cozy living room with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen to the bedroom’s atmospheric wall-mounted fireplace.. the PERFECT mattress & the deepest soaking tub these old bones have ever had the pleasure to melt in! True luxury Outside - hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood-burning sauna…3 decks, seating everywhere, and the views…all speak for themselves. 2 nights wasn’t enough, strongly suggest minimum 3, I’m already planning!!

Beautiful property in the best location in Catskills region. Whoever did interior design deserves an award. Definitely recommend and would come back again myself!

Monika's home was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The design, style, and quality is something unparalleled in other airbnbs, it has a cohesive, elevated design throughout the entire home. It has everything you could possible need and is so thoughtful in every way. The backyard is huge and is perfect for a family to spend time together. We went on a great hike to a waterfall (which is within walking distance). Location is amazing as it's a close drive to Minnewaska. The location in Kerhonkson is in a nice secluded area. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the area this is it!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Great value within 10 minutes of Main Street in Narrowsburg. Perfect for kids who want their own space, with a proper suite for the parents. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the super-clean bathrooms, and the comfortable beds.

Stayed 3 days with my husband, 2 teens and dog. We had a fabulous stay! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Private & secluded but close to town. Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Lots of space for our dog to run. We enjoyed beautiful views with a rainbow one day and loved the fire pit. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb rentals and this might very well be our favorite one. Wonderful place to stay in Scranton! The apartment had everything we needed. We loved the front porch and dining area next to a big picture window. A full kitchen was a huge plus and Paul & Jess had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. The house was quiet, in a peaceful neighborhood and we felt safe. The bed was a dream and after many hours of driving, it was so appreciated. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a perfect stop. Thanks again!

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

Little getaway was wonderful. There was warmth as soon as we walked in, and that comfort lasted throughout our whole stay at the house. Diana was accommodating and available with any situations we had. We will definitely be coming back.
