A magical and quiet site on 4000 m2 of wooded and flowered with spectacular rocks. An authentic and shaded threshing area overlooking the sea, ideal for evening aperitifs. Private parking 3 cars. Note: The lower 2 floors, with separate access and private land, are on the other side of the hill and are not part of the rental.

Modern, comfortable, nice decoration, enjoying a beautiful sea and village view, with heated pool 8x4. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July August. The house takes advantage of several terrace areas that will allow you to have lunch in the sun or shade depending on sunshine and seasons. Very pleasant location, only a 5-minute walk to the village of Monticello, its square and its summer life. A place to spend your holidays for families or with friends.
