Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest; opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The bright guest apartment is part of our single-family home, which was once a typical Ticinese grotto. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace. The apartment is surrounded by lots of greenery and is in a sunny residential area with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. In winter you even have a view of Lake Maggiore. Brione sopra Minusio is about 250 m above the lake between Tenero and Locarno. The private parking space and the bus stop are in front of the house.

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.
