Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

The folks that stayed there were so happy with the size of the mansion and the space. We enjoyed our time there and appreciate the cleanliness of the home.

We are so lucky to have found George and his wonderful place! We don’t think we will go back to hotels whenever we need to be in this part of Maryland for a stay - perfect in every way for us! George - thanks for making us feel at home and really everything!!

Beautiful space that looked exactly as described. Super clean. Host is on premises and very responsive. The AirBnB is up a number of stairs hence the name "Penthouse" and is in a secluded area which I loved. We got in late from the event on our last night and the host was flexible with check-out. I would recommend.

This place is a perfect home base for exploring the DC area. It was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The decor is eclectic and fun, the kitchen and bathroom nicely updated, and we had everything we needed there. It is an older house—reminded me of my grandmother’s house (in a good way!)—so I would not recommend it for people with limited mobility or difficulty with stairs, but for anyone else traveling to the DC area, you’ll love it!

Had a great stay! I was visiting DC for the first time with my girlfriend, who is a DC native for Mother’s Day weekend. The place was affordable and clean, just like the photos, and had everything I needed; free parking, WiFi, and even some refreshments, which was a nice touch. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of spots I wanted to check out. The only minor issue was the dogs and family upstairs being a bit loud at times, but we understood since the hosts live above and that’s to be expected. Miguel was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend—10/10!

We had 4 couples for 2 nights while our girls stayed in a hotel for a tournament at the Soccerplex. The old house was quiet and had plenty of space for us all. Jim let us have the kids over for dinner (we brought paper plates, plastic forks, etc) and enjoyed using the grill, outdoor seating area and indoor tables so all 20 people could sit and eat at once. Fun weekend!

I have stayed in this same building a few times, but this was my first time at Mark's as I needed a 2nd bedroom. It is a great location with very easy access to the metro (only about 15-20 minutes to DC) and great restaurants & grocery options. Mark's apartment is just as described. Very comfortable bed and great decor throughout. He was incredibly responsive and gave detailed instructions to get in the apartment and about how things work. I highly recommend his place!!

Overall a very nice place, I noticed other comments to mention noise from the upstairs unit, but it was unnoticeable and the quiet hours were respected so it was great for resting after a long day! The place is close to two metro stations, but although Maps recommended another one, we preferred using Columbia Heights. The area was very safe to walk around, we explored some of the local places and definitely recommend the Mount Desert Island Ice Cream place, best ice-cream in the neighborhood! Lexie was very nice, helpful and allowed us to drop off our bags a couple of hours earlier since we needed to get downtown to run errands. The place was very comfortable, just like the pictures and everything was great! Would definitely come back!

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

Very nice location. The rental unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitelly stay at Natasha's place again. Lovely lady, very responsive and helpful. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

Hassan’s home is beautiful and the apartment is lovely. There was more than enough room for the 7 people we had. It’s a quiet neighborhood and it looks like it would be a nice place to stroll through but I never got the chance. Hassan himself is very communicative and kind. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was just a lovely host. There is only one bathroom in the apartment and it is off of one of the bedrooms, so just keep that in mind if you have several people. We made it work just fine and it did not bother us at all. Thank you Hassan! ❤️

Very nice stay. Lovely apartment, clean. Someone was at the front desk every time we went down and the area was nice to walk around in. Grocery store was right down the street. Check in and check out was easy.

Swift check in, the lobby smells amazing lol The apt is so spacious and comes with everything you need for your short stay. Restaurants galore within walking distance and plenty of electric scooters nearby. We def enjoyed our time here

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.
