Ashok was friendly and easy to get in touch with. He gave me all the details for check in a couple days in advance so I wasn’t stressed at the last minute. The space was great and near the Metro station so it was easy to get into DC or surrounding areas. Also there is street parking if you have a car. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lots of good sitting areas. The kitchen is a bit tight for making big meals but great for all your basic needs. The outdoor space was great for having morning coffee and enjoying the weather. The sound does travel inside similar to an apartment with upstairs neighbors but his friendly communication made it comfortable to discuss anything if it came up.

The location is great, near the Town Center, Reston Parkway and the metro station. Having free parking in the building’s parking garage is very helpful and appreciated. Another feature is Wegmans on the ground floor with a building entrance directly into it, so no need to drive to a grocery store. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at Fred’s place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Jan was a great host and the place is super comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend staying here if you're out this way. A heads up to anyone booking, there is construction on University starting at the corner with the 7-11. If you're going East, be sure to be prepared for some treacherous potholes as of June 1st 2025. We discovered that if we were driving to DC that taking a right at that light and keep going straight, eventually the GPS will not have you backtrack.

Great place would definitely stay agian

My friend and I spent the weekend here during our visit to Washington, D.C. for Vans Warped Tour. It was 25mins from the Festival Grounds at RFK Campus making it the perfect location. Jewel was lovely and provided us with a parking permit during our stay which helped relieve the stress when it came to parking. We were able to walk around for food and drinks, which was nice for our first day there. Then on our last day we were able to visit some of the monuments that were roughly 20mins away. Overall, very convenient location. The space itself was super cute. We appreciated how bright and clean the room was. The shower was also very nice to use after a hot day at the festival. We had everything we could need and more at Jewel's place. Highly recommend anyone planning to come to DC to stay here for a full immersive experience. 10/10

I loved my two week stay with Sylvie. The room is comfortable and exactly what I needed while visiting friends and working in Washington. Very walkable and red line is about 10 minutes from the apartment (and you can take multiple buses outside of the condo). Peaceful, quiet and very cozy. And Sylvie is so lovely and warm, a great host!
