This was our second visit to Elisabetta's house. She always replys to any message. It is the perfect place for a large family. Has all the amenities and is in a fabulous location next bars restaurants and a brilliant community pool. Bagni di Lucca is an amazing places to visit.

Spędziliśmy w Willi Roda 14 dni. Willa przestronna - było wystarczająco miejsca dla 9 osób. Pokoje duże, toskańskie, z okiennicami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi z pięknym widokiem. Kuchnia i jadalnia dobrze wyposażone. Taras zewnętrzny jak na zdjęciach. Nad basenem dostępne leżaki (i łóżka do opalania oraz parasol). Miejsce do grilowania ze stołem, krzesłami i parasolem - z klimatycznymi lampkami :) Świetny gospodarz - zapewniający pomoc i jednocześnie prywatność. Polecamy!

Chiara was a wonderful host and communicated beautifully. Her home was filled with the beautiful tradition of her family heritage with special touches throughout; she and her husband kindly greeted us at the home and toured the property with us. They answered all of our questions, gifted us with a beautiful Easter cake and delicious blood oranges. We enjoyed quiet days, walking to and from town, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, gelato, coffees and breads. Our hosts shared the grocery store locals used and we shopped there daily to create delicious meals of our own, enjoying them at their spacious dining table. We gathered around the table for games and meals and cozied up in their living room to chat, read, and plan daily excursions. We loved our trip to the local waterfall even in the rain and a bit of snow; it was magical. We loved our tour of the small local lake at the top of the mountain and enjoyed drinks and fries at the local bar there. We even drove into Firenze for a day💗🇮🇹☺️

We stayed at the house for one week with 9 people. The house and the property are really big. What we valued and looked for was a house with no direct contact to other people and that is what we got here. The surrounding city’s like Florence were easy to reach with a car within 45mins, but we also had days just relaxing at the pool/house that were amazing.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Un endroit calme paisible avec une magnifique vue. Merci à notre hôte quu à toujours été disponible et réactif lorsque nous avions besoin. Tout était au rendez vous pendant ce séjour.

The house was really amazing and Casabasciana as a village was very small and quiet but wonderful. Took us a while to find the mini store above the restaurant and wished we would have found it sooner. Emanuele was a great host and replied fast and kindly to all of our questions. We were six adults and a kid who really loved our stay in this fantastic house and I would recommend Emanuele and the house to everyone! It was not too far from Lucca and Pisa in which we spent some time as well as the river Lima that provided great swim spots. We also really loved staying at the house, making dinners and swimming in the pool. Thank you Emanuele!

Ho preso la casa per qualche giorno per fare un ritiro con il gruppo per finalizzare delle registrazioni. Riccardo è stato molto accomodante e gentile ad accogliere la proposta un po'inusuale. La casa è spaziosa ed estremamente luminosa, stare a suonare nel salone è stato molto piacevole. Quando eravamo stanchi dal suonare poi abbiamo potuto godere del giardino e soprattutto del bosco che circonda la casa. Il tutto è per altro a pochi minuti di macchina dall'autostrada, quindi molto comodo. Insomma, lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse staccare un po'dalla città e volesse godersi un po'di pace. Un punto di merito va anche ai genitori di Riccardo che ci hanno accolto all'arrivo, due persone davvero simpatiche e gentili.

I recently stayed at this stunning Airbnb in Tuscany with a group of friends, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Nestled in the serene Tuscan countryside, it felt like our own private oasis.

Beautiful villa in amazing surroundings, very helpful and nice host. Barga and surrounding mountain villages are lovely with amazing views, a good test of the driving skills getting there!

An absolutely amazing villa with genuinely beautiful hosts! From the magnificent views outside to the luxurious toiletries and bed linen. Space a plenty, inside and out, and room to spare. Books galore. A delicious welcome pack of bread, cheese, salami, olive oil and wine. We had the added bonus of the giro d’italia being in town! Leonardo provided the beer, the chips, seating, company and we enjoyed the atmosphere, the cyclists and their accompanying entourages!!! Quiet area, short walk to Barga, small medieval town, with buckets of character. Plenty of gorgeous restaurants to choose from, though you’ll get everything you need in local supermarket for a great dinner in the villa. Well supplied kitchen and though we didn’t get the chance, plenty of opportunity to cook al fresco. Pool is great, clean and very welcome in full sun. All in all would definitely recommend this villa! Thank you, Eleanora, Daniela and leonardo!

Prachtig gelegen, mooi ingericht vakantiehuis. Adembenemend uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Absolute privacy en rust. Doordat het huis hoger gelegen is, hebben wij het toch aangenaam gehad tijdens een hittegolf in Italië. Het huis is echt gezellig Ingericht. Je krijgt mooi, schoon opgemaakte bedden en mooie badlakens. Geen goedkope rommel zeg maar. Doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitaire voorzieningen heeft, is dit huis echt geschikt voor een grotere groep. Het servies is ruimschoots aanwezig, bovendien ook smaakvol. Kortom: deze mensen hebben echt hun best gedaan om je een aangename vakantiehuis te bieden. De werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's!

Abbiamo passato il capodanno tra amici nella villa di Christian.. Una persona meravigliosa! Ci ha accolto, scortato alla villa spiegato tutto quello che c'era da spiegare alla perfezione e in più all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare bibite e tanto altro! La villa è isolata, nessuno che ti disturba puoi ascoltare musica a tutto volume o rilassarti in un completo silenzio. Alla casa non manca proprio nulla! Ci siamo divertiti tutti Un ringraziamento speciale a Christian e buon anno dagli amici di Brescia ! :)

What a beautiful place in the centre of Barga. Between the old and new towns you get the best of both worlds. Gioia was more than helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Highly recommend the Cantina del vino for wine tasting with Rita - within walking distance but might want to consider your return journey after the wine! Cannot wait to come back to Barga. It’s has my heart.

Great stay, beautiful house with a peaceful location. Mariana was a great host and would highly recommend getting the breakfast.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Rossa, a beautiful house nestled in the hills of Bagni di Lucca. Our three kids loved the fantastic pool, and we all appreciated the shade from the large trees surrounding the property. While the house was generally clean, we felt that the outdoor areas could benefit from more regular maintenance, especially considering the rental cost and the number of trees. Despite this minor issue, we were overall very happy with our stay.

Die Unterkunft von Peter hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen ! Vor allem der Außenbereich mit toller Aussicht zwischen den Apfelbäumen und Traubensträuchern war der Wahnsinn. Zudem war dieser komplett eingezäunt-also ideal für Hundebesitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Dejlig stor bolig og fin pool. Fantastisk udsigt samt stor grund og rolige omgivelser, hvor man kan være helt uforstyrret. Paula var derudover meget imødekommende og god at kommunikere med. Kan varmt anbefales.

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

La pace della natura, la tranquillità della zona ad 1 ora da Bologna. Tutto pulito , ordinato. la location è perfetta per chi cerca un posto dove rilassarsi, divertirsi e "staccare la spina".

Wir waren zu 7. dort und haben einen Ort gesucht, an dem wir selber niemanden mit unserer Lautstärke stören und wo wir für uns alleine sind. Auch wenn die Anfahrt ein bisschen tricky ist, hat es sich gelohnt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche mit Frühstück in der Sonne über den Bergen und Nachmittagen im Pool. Wir konnten uns auf dem großen Gelände austoben und im Pool schwimmen. Am liebsten hat uns sogar die Tischtennisplatte gefallen, wir haben wirklich viele Stunden Rundlauf gespielt. Das Haus hat alles wonach es bedarf. Von extra Decken im Schrank über Salz und Öl im Schrank, einer Kaffeemaschine oder Stiften und Kartenspielen im Regal. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es auch und sogar Shampoo stand noch in der Dusche. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Amy war super zu erreichen. Wir haben schon überlegt, wann wir mal wieder kommen!

Nous avons passé 6 jours chez Giulio, le logement est superbe et spacieux. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, bien entretenu, la piscine est propre et a été fortement appréciée en ce début de mois d'août. Florence et Bologne sont facilement accessibles depuis le logement, ainsi que des lacs et sentiers de randonnées. Sienne est plus éloignée mais peut tout à fait se faire dans la journée. Merci encore à Giulio pour la qualité de l'accueil et la réactivité!

Words cannot describe quite how wonderful this place is. We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, the location was more peaceful than you could ever imagine. John and Cath were incredible hosts who were extremely responsive and kind. They provided a fab document giving so much useful info on the property and the local area, they took away all the stress of having to find those good restaurants and the best places to visit. We were a family of 4, the property was glorious, we will be back!

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni fantastici da Giovanni che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il casale è curato in tutti i suoi dettagli con una vista meravigliosa sui colli bolognesi. Grazie per questi giorni di relax! Torneremo.
