It is about 1 km from the nearby hamlet, 7 km from the town of Zocca and 10 km from Guiglia, 50 min. from Modena and Bologna.

The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style. The Tower, a striking fortified stone structure dating back to the 1500s, is one of the most iconic buildings in the Borgo Fontanini. Inside it features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.
