Vacation rentals in Montescudaio

A wonderful experience to stay in Claudia’s historic family home, so beautiful. The beds were comfortable, easy walk to all the little stores and restaurants in Guardistallo. We had coffee each morning at the local “ bar” and were welcomed like friends by Giovanni and his staff. We loved joining in with village life at the Polenta Festival and the little local market. Very good value in a beautiful Tuscan village. We did not have a car but used the local bus to travel to Cecina for shopping and a day out. A wonderful, peaceful week for us, Thank You, Claudia and Alessandro, you were both so helpful and Alessandro even drove us the the train station in Cecina for our onward journey

In una splendida posizione con vista sulla Terrazza Mascagni, l'alloggio di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alle foto viste sul sito. Confortevole, pulito e comodo per aggiungere il centro e le spiagge. Consiglio di cambiare la macchinetta del caffè (impossibile da aprire) e di aggiungere qualche cialda di caffè in più. Per il resto siano stati meravigliosamente. Torneremo volentieri.

Just a wonderful environment in and out of the castle! Our hosts were very helpful as they gave us local tips on food, travels, etc. Grazie!!

La Tana del Riccio est un petit coin de Toscane comme on aime, à l’écart de la ville, et pourtant proche. Chiara est une personne adorable qui saura vous recommander des choses, et vous guider jusqu’à cette petite maison. Y boire un petit café Italien le matin avant de partir se promener est un vrai plaisir, on se sent au frais sous les voûtes de cette habitation, indispensable dans les grosses chaleurs.

Wir als fünfköpfige Familie haben den Aufenthalt bei Marco sehr genossen! Selten fiel mir der Abschied von einem Ferienort so schwer wie dort. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist grandios! Der Pool hat vor allem für kleine Kinder eine optimale Größe und einen perfekten Zugang über eine Treppe ins Wasserbecken. Der Garten ist nicht nur für die kleinen Gäste ein Paradies. Das Haus besitzt alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Auch wenn die Küche recht klein ist, kamen wir sehr gut zurecht. Die ganze Anlage inklusive das Bauernhaus ist äußerst gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Marco ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der einem für alle Fragen offen steht. Daher sagen wir nochmals herzlichen Dank für die unvergesslich schöne Zeit!

La padrona di casa è stata accogliente e ospitale. Disponibile, si è preoccupata al nostro arrivo e anche alla nostra partenza senza mai essere invadente. La posizione è meravigliosa e perfetta per chi come noi viaggia con amici a quattro zampe. Torneremo sicuramente.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We had a wonderful week at the villa. The views and location were great and the infinity pool was a great size with amazing views. The 2 restaurants in Riparbella were great as well as was the L'Agrifoglio (5 minutes' drive towards Castellina Marittima). The location was good for exploring some of the lovely Italian towns. We visited Volterra and San Gimignano were both really nice and not too far. Beaches are also easily accessible. It is a little tricky to find as google maps took us down a completely different road and the some of the roads to the villa are quite poor!
