Graziano's apartment is large, comfortable, clean, super equipped and located in a very convenient location for those like us who wanted to visit Anghiari, Citerna, Città di Castello and San Sepolcro. I have not personally met Graziano, but he has always been present and attentive to respond to messages. I find the value for money of the house excellent and the cleanliness (alas not so obvious) excellent.

The house has a room, bathroom, living-kitchen, and a small balcony, all private. All of the areas are very big. We were very comfortable. We went in early January and the house was perfectly heated. The house was very clean, decorated, and with all the details cared for; you can see the dedication of the hosts. Spotless sheets and towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The perfect bathroom too. The house is secluded in a beautiful, relaxing setting, with a private lake, unpolluted by the city. The outdoor garden is huge and nicely cared for (even in winter). There are tables and chairs, grill and parking spot. On the property, they live Ascensina and Elisabetta; they constantly took care of our stay being pleasant. It was very nice to talk to them, they are very nice and a great company. Great Airbnb, highly recommended!

The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. Beautiful, clean and renovated apartment in every detail. Great location, a stone's throw from the main square. Very convenient check-in and check-out phases, especially for the kindness of Chiara and Aurelia, always prompt in their responses. We had a great time, so we will definitely come back when we visit our relatives in Città di Castello.
