StageROOM03 -Chianti Idillic Country living

We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

Montepulciano Historic Center

MelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It was our first time visiting Montepulciano and it was nothing short of coming to a friend’s house. The view from our bedroom was absolutely breathtaking. It had everything we needed, with a thoughtful touch of all the recommendations of places and things to do in town. Andrea’s home was as lovely as the host. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, very quick to respond and even had his sweet friend Suzy come over to bring us fresh cranberries straight from her garden! We look forward to going back another time, perhaps another season.

"La Lambarda" tower Suite

SimonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A truly wonderful place, no other place like it. Really worth seeing but only if you are able to handle the 54 step very narrow spiral staircase. The house is on 4 levels linked by the stairs, wouldn’t be suitable for young children or the elderly. Deborah was a great host as was Paula.

Tofanello Orange Luxury and Modern Comfort with Outdoor Pool

MelanieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Ilonka & Rob were wonderful hosts & the house was stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly quiet & peaceful - away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to enjoy several surrounding towns & villages as day trips or for evening dinners. Their home is charming, super clean, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. They even shared fresh fruits & vegetables from their personal garden which we incorporated into our meals when we cooked at home. We enjoyed some nice walks through the mountainside which offer beautiful views & solitude. (Thanks to our hosts for recommending!) We hope to be back when it is cooler - but we did enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. Until then, we are grateful to have found this gem & for the kindness extended to us by Ilonka & Rob. They answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations, & were generous with their time - available when needed & happy to socialize but always respecting guest privacy.

PIAZZETTA S.BARTOLOMEO

JonathanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A true gem in the heart of Montepulciano! If anything, the photos barely capture the charm and beauty of this home—it’s absolutely perfect for a family of five. The backyard is a serene retreat, offering breathtaking views of Tuscany, with Lago di Montepulciano nestled in the distance, adding to the magic. Marta was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location couldn’t be better—right along the main thoroughfare, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and charming shops, with the piazza just a short five-minute walk away. An unforgettable experience in a truly stunning home!

Absolutely perfect setting for our honeymoon! Anna was kind and extremely helpful. She even picked us up from the train station when we couldn't get a taxi and set up a taxi for us when we left. She answered all of questions immediately upon text. You couldn't find a better host. The view from the apartment was amazing! The apartment was so homey that we did not want to leave. We would recommend to everyone! We have been in four places and cities so far on our trip and Casa Ricci and Anna were the best experience we've had!

Villa di Geggiano - Perellino Suite

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

La Casa delle Querce - "Belvedere" (The House of Oaks - "Belvedere")

JiachengRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Great house, stayed here for four days. We don't have a car, so we can only choose a place with convenient transportation. It's closer to the train station and has a beautiful view. It's the best place for us! The host was very friendly and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Friends without a car can book a day tour, or rent an e-bike/electric car to get around. The room on the second floor has a great view. You can see the beautiful Tuscan countryside when you open the window. The natural scenery is accompanied by birdsong. The whole person is quieted, it's really cozy. There is a kitchen, you can buy cooking supplies at the nearby supermarket and cook your own meals (30 minutes walk). The room is clean and tidy, the bed is moderately soft, everything is very satisfactory. The only regret is that the pool doesn't open until May. I hope I can come back next time!

Luxury Medieval Tower - Penthouse

RussRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

We immediately fell in love with this property. Everything here makes up the image that can be made of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good there, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb swimming pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!
