Vacation rentals with a patio in Montelupo Fiorentino

OOO man what a place .Marco was an amazing host with a beautiful property. He & his Nephew was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and tidy, everything was just like the photos and has everything one might need for a stay like at home, including coffee, salt, sugar etc. One thing to mentioned, the hairdryer was missing and after requesting Marco provided a new hairdryer immediately without any hesitation . I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! A five star customer satisfaction for the property .

Very kind, helpful and quick to respond! He welcomed us by showing us the apartment and the amenities we could use. The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy, just as in the photos. i highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. We were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

My stay at Luca's Tuscany was amazing. He was an exceptional host, giving tips and helping with the script. His family was cozy, and the house, well decorated and clean, offered privacy. Its location further away and at the same time close to everything, is perfect for those who are by car, and seeks an authentic and quiet experience. It was the icing on the cake of our trip. Super recommend! Absolutely perfect place

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Great location for doing both Tuscany activities and Florence. Great recommendations by Silvia and always responsive. It was a great stay and we had great amenities.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

The accommodation is very well presented, beautifully located in the Rural Tuscan landscape amongst nature yet only a short commute to Florence. Facilities are ideal. AC, One double bedroom with en-suite a second large bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor dining area. We love our coffee and the kitchen came equipped with a wonderful coffee machine that uses tea-bag like pods (few supplied) that makes extraordinary espresso. ❤️ Outside the terrace has wonderful views over a Tuscan valley. The pool is ideal and salt water which we love. Perfect for outdoor living too. To get to Florence is a breeze. Driving just 10 minutes to Lastra a Signa train station (loads of free parking); then a couple of Euros and two stops on the train later you emerge in the heart of Florence, a short walk away from the city attractions. Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. I was a wonderful place, a home for our few days stay. All important things were walkable. Great nearby restaurant recommendations. Host was lovely. Great spot , in a great area . Bakery and really good grocery near by.

It is a compact apartment. There is a small elevator that works well, but there’s still a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Once you get up there, the view is amazing. The apartment lives much larger because of the terrace. We had some extremely hot days but the air conditioning worked great. Try the Dyson filter fan too, it really adds to the comfort. There’s a nice bakery/Café directly across the street with wonderful pastries for the morning and the market about a 10 minute walk away is wonderful for fresh fruits and salads.

Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.

Completely new apartment, sparkling clean. Easily accessible and safe. Elevator available. All amenities were available. Sofa bed slept fine. We stayed with 4 people and was totally fine. Nice parking space for our rental car. We are very satisfied!
