Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

You will easily enjoy the Allées Provençales, restaurants, cafés and all amenities within walking distance (train station, shops, parking lots, public transport, cinemas...). 💡The building is old and the common areas are being improved, but this does not impact comfort, no nuisance. Non-smoking but with an outside. In season, access to a small pool. 5-10 min walk to local shops and Leclerc, 20 min to city center and 15 min drive to Cruas. Easy garage.
