Lots of charm for this apartment located on the 1st floor of a completely renovated 1960s villa with private Provençal garden (olive trees, lavender). The residential area is very peaceful. Guests can take advantage of its south-facing terrace but also the shade of the trees and the freshness of the ground floor garden You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city center, the Allées Provençales with its cafes and restaurants, nougat shops (our local treats).

Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a warm and comfortable vacation rental of about 45 square meters. It is in an area close to the city center (3 min walk) and local shops (100 m). The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also Wi-Fi internet access with good speed.

Non-smoking but with an outside. In season, access to a small pool. 5-10 min walk to local shops and Leclerc, 20 min to city center and 15 min drive to Cruas. Easy garage. At the gates of Provence, Montélimar capital of nougat, we offer you 60 m² of accommodation with the garden; you will be the only ones to reside there.
