Lots of charm for this apartment located on the 1st floor of a completely renovated 1960s villa with private Provençal garden (olive trees, lavender). The residential area is very peaceful. Guests can take advantage of its south-facing terrace but also the shade of the trees and the freshness of the ground floor garden You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city center, the Allées Provençales with its cafes and restaurants, nougat shops (our local treats).

A greenway passes at the foot of the house, ideal for jogging, walking or cycling. The accommodation is located 10 min on foot from the station and 150 m from a large free parking lot. It is in an area close to the city center (3 min walk) and local shops (100 m). The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also Wi-Fi internet access with good speed.
