The property is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (5m×10m, depth 1.5m) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with electric car charging stations.
