Absolutely beautiful place with wonderful views, great outdoor space and gorgeous house! Despite high hopes from the listing description, this place far exceeds expectations. The covered patio with ample seating was well utilized by our group and the pool was just amazing. The kitchen is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a rental and was extremely well appointed and easy to use. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very peaceful at night. Excellent location to explore Tuscany. As other reviews have suggested, we took advantage of the place and spent an entire day relaxing and exploring the grounds; highly recommend! From check in to check out, the communication from Ilaria and her staff was exceptional. The private dinner is well worth the expense. Thanks again to Ilaria, Michele, Margot and Athena for an incredible stay!

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

What a great winery! The location is really unique, the accommodation is in the middle of the vineyard and very quiet. Alessandro our host was very nice, gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to show us everything (including the wines). We were also very happy with the accommodation, which was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.

If you’re wondering why this place has so many 5-star reviews, it’s because it offers the most heartfelt, attentive service we’ve ever received. This lovingly restored 6th-century Tuscan farmhouse—with a pristine saltwater pool, breathtaking views, and traditional charm—was only part of what made our stay unforgettable. The hosts created magical, personal experiences: truffle hunting with Mattia and his father and their dogs, wine tasting with Niccolo at a nearby family-run vineyard, and a Tuscan steak feast grilled over a woodfire. Each moment was filled with warmth, joy, and generosity—from Silvia’s homemade truffle pasta to the family’s own wine served with every meal. We laughed, explored, and connected deeply with a family that clearly loves what they do. It wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to return.

Spent a couple of days in Roberto and Lucias flat after attending a wedding in Tuscany. Had a great time. Roberto and Lucia are very kind hearted people and it was a real pleasure to stay with them.
