Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

It wasn't a vacation home - it was a home for us. Rarely have I felt so incredibly comfortable - the garden is a dream, the house is very cozily furnished and there are well thought-out details everywhere. You can enjoy wonderful privacy in your own garden with your own entrance, but if you need something, Flora and Luca have always been there for us and we immediately took them to our hearts!!! Florence is of course also enchanting and you can go on great excursions! We will miss all of this very much and hopefully come back soon!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

We loved our airbnb! Antonella is a top host! She gave us nice tips and was very accessible. The location was very good, we visited many nice cities/towns and Colle di Val d'Elsa is beautiful and has very friendly locals 🤩😍

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

This accommodation has a really nice view. The bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. There are two swings, a playground with a slide, a garden, and the kids were happy with animals such as mountain rabbits, cats, mountain birds, snails... etc. I was grateful that the hosts were so kind and sweet. I recommend this accommodation that I want to go to again.

We spent four nights at Michele's house. The house is very well equipped, e.g. fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, induction hob and microwave, good internet and also very useful things like fly screens. The private terrace and pool were simply fantastic. The accommodation is very suitable for day trips such as to Pisa, Volterra or San Gimignano. Michele is a great host who always responds quickly and gives many useful tips. We will be happy to come back!

Thomas was so sweet and helpful. He was an absolute gentleman and wonderful host. The views were amazing. Very homey and decorated in the Tuscany style. Close to town but perfect for a quiet escape in the Tuscan countryside.

Giulio and the villa were wonderful. The villa is just gorgeous, very Tuscan and secluded, beautifully located and incredibly peaceful. It was lovely to have a couple of other families around during the week and Giulio was always available either in person or on Whats App. Up in the hills, the stay is no more than 20 minutes in the car to a decent supermarket, and maybe 5 minutes from the local village which had most of the essentials. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Casole D’elsa and some other places, all easily reachable from the villa. The weather was gorgeous, our daughter loved the on site donkey and horse and cat and any other local animals 😁 We will certainly be back - a wonderful place for a family escape, we might bring friends or family next time too! Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

What a great winery! The location is really unique, the accommodation is in the middle of the vineyard and very quiet. Alessandro our host was very nice, gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to show us everything (including the wines). We were also very happy with the accommodation, which was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is a few steps away, and a cafe is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills and then the barbecue, and finally a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome drink) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Great stay, albeit short. A bit of a spartan accommodation for two almost eighty-year-olds, but a very interesting experience. To be repeated; especially for the attentions of the two owners, who are not intrusive but always attentive and considerate.

We had a wonderful week at Lena's place. We felt sooo comfortable. Lena is so sweet, was always available, gave us tips and always asked if everything was okay. The apartment was a dream to be in. We will definitely be back 😍

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! A special experience is when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly over the cottage. At night you can see fireflies on the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only a 15-minute drive away. The pine forest on Cecina beach is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic kitchen equipment, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! Thanks for the time!
