It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Very pleasant and comfortable environment 3 minutes from the center of Assisi. The house is surrounded by greenery and allows you to relax outdoors in the garden admiring the landscape. You can park the car 3 meters from the front door, very useful for travelers. The apartment is organized in a functional way and allows you to better manage meals. Important positive note: the heating system works very well, so it's great for the autumn and winter periods. Our stay was enlivened by two nice cats, masters of the territory. Our host was particularly generous with advice and gifts. We thank him again. Super recommended for those who want to visit Assisi but also the other Umbrian villages.

The house is very large, well-kept, surrounded by a beautiful garden and the greenery of Mount Subasio, perfect for those who love silence and the countryside. It is 4 kilometers from Assisi, in a strategic position for visiting the beautiful Umbrian city and an excellent starting point for the many attractions in the area (Gubbio, Spoleto, Spello, Bevagna, Cascata delle Marmore, just to name a few). Flavia turned out to be an available, kind and attentive host from the first communications. He gave us great tips for a really wonderful week. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time at Luisa's house which is even more beautiful than in the photos. Luisa was more than responsive when we asked her for things. The pool is sensational and the calm of the surroundings is great for relaxing. The wifi is a little weak but nothing serious because the important thing is to appreciate the amenities of the house.

Assasi is the most beautiful and especially tranquil place. And Maria’s place could not be more perfect. It’s as close as you can be to the heart of it all, but it still is private and peaceful. It’s a beautiful space in a beautiful city. I will be back. No way is this a one time trip.

A historic castle is situated atop a hill, surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills. The stone fortifications are visible, extending along the landscape. Blossoming trees are present nearby, contrasting with the rugged structure against the backdrop of a tranquil sky.

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy location from Perugia airport and only 20minutes from all the locations we needed to get to. Gigliola was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use and definitely a bonus for us. Would highly recommend and would come back if I was in Perugia again. 👍🏼 Would highly recommend

This place is truly something else. The history of the castle is felt from the minute you walk in. The views are spectacular. It is located near the most beautiful villages and towns in Umbrië. With great restaurants nearby. Antonio en Adriana are warm and caring people and take such good care of this magical place. We feel blessed that we could stay in a place like this.
