Antonella, Andreas and not to forget Lullu are perfect and so relaxed hosts. They sweetened our mornings with fresh bread, croissants & coffee. The apartment is well equipped and of high quality. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden invites you to linger and is particularly well maintained. Thank you for this special stay!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

We stayed 8 days and found the apartment exactly as in the photos and very clean. Cinzia who manages it was very available to help us with the TV that only works with Netflix or internet (there is no antenna). Only the microwave wasn't working. It is a good starting point for visiting Umbria and the Lake Trasimeno area.

We stayed 4 days and it was just fantastic. The arrival was hassle-free and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had electricity again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I would recommend this place to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

To say Elisa’s place is “perfect” almost feels like saying nothing at all. After more than a decade of staying in different Airbnb homes, this was truly one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had. But before talking about the house, I want to say a few words about Elisa. She is the most amazing host and person I’ve ever met—a generous, patient, and caring person, always ready to help and make the stay unforgettable. We had a smooth, private check-in with a clear introduction to the house. Elisa provided us with fantastic local recommendations, booked us a wine tasting at a nearby winery, and made dinner reservations for us in a lovely village just 4 minutes away. Truly, an incredible woman. Thank you, Elisa. As for the house itself—it’s perfect. So comfortable, warm, and cozy. Peaceful and calming. We absolutely loved the house and the resort. Everyone was kind, responsive and eager to please. The surrounding area was beautiful! Our trip into Assisi was easy. Lake Tresameni is gorgeous, particularly from the patio of our favorite restaurant in Castellione del Lago. If you love cashmere, Solomeo is more than a treat. The small town is home to Brunello Cuccinelli and his fabulous designer cashmere clothing. A trip into Deruta will please anyone interested in Italian ceramics. You can actually watch the artisans at work. Antognolla Golf Resort has it all! Italy’s most beautiful golf course, a great dinner at Boiola Restaurant, and easy access to beautiful Umbrian villages.
