Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monte San Pietro

Wir haben hier zu dritt ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Absolut perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, 2 Minuten von der Piazza Maggiore entfernt. Wir haben sehr gute Empfehlungen bekommen, besonders das Eis bei der Cremeria Santo Stefano hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir empfangen, haben sogar eine Flasche Wasser geschenkt bekommen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, da alles sauber und gepflegt war. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Vorrat an Kaffee. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Magnífico apartamento, la ubicación es tranquila pero cerca de todo lo que necesitas, a cinco minutos andando de la catedral y a menos de 10 minutos del aparcamiento gratuito, cuidado en todos los detalles, muy limpio y equipado con todos los servicios para una óptima estancia y perfectamente aislado del ruido, el propietario tuvo la amabilidad de dejar suministros (lavavajillas, detergente, papel higiénico, etc.) para toda la estancia, he estado un mes y volvería sin lugar a dudas, gracias Gianluca

We stayed 6 nights at Ivan’s place and it was perfect! Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. There is plenty of room, great air conditioning, a washer and dryer. There is absolutely no neighborhood noise unless you choose to open the windows. You are right in the heart of restaurants, bars and shops near Piazza Maggiore. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose it again the next time we are in Bologna!

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

Alloggio molto carino , accogliente e confortevole gode di ottima posizione nel cuore di Bologna , silenzioso, pulito , soluzione ideale per ogni esigenza.

Ringraziamo Gaia per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. L'alloggio era pratico e confortevole, pulito ed aveva tutto il necessario. Ci sono stati dati 2 mazzi di chiavi cosi da poter eventualmente essere autonomi negli spostamenti. La zona è molto tranquilla sia di giorno che la sera, a due passi dal centro e presentava tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze.

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Casa molto bella, come nelle foto. accogliente e calda, perfetta per un weekend o come appoggio durante la settimana. posto tattico e facilissimo da raggiungere.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Het verblijf in woning van Francesca was top. Rustige locatie en de woning was erg comfortabel. De badkamer was erg prettig en de douche was heel fijn( kom helaas ook wel krappe doucheruimtes tegen). Francesca was een fantastische host. In het bijzonder nog een paar zinnen over Francesca. Wat een fijne host. Bij aankomst een vriendelijk onthaal met zelf gebakken koekjes, fruit en lokale likeur. Tijdens het verblijf super snel reageren op berichten als ik om lokale tips vroeg en bij vertrek stond er een flesje zelfgemaakte olijfolie klaar om mee te nemen. Kortom, gastvrijheid op een hoog niveau.

Fantastica esperienza! Abbiamo alloggiato per una sola notte in 9 ragazzi. La casa era esattamente come indicato, completa di tutti i servizi e le necessità. L’host estremamente reattivo, ci ha fornito indicazioni molto chiare e molti consigli sui dintorni. Veramente una ottima soluzione per allontanarsi dallo stress cittadino ed immergersi nelle colline pistoiesi insieme agli amici!

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

Great apartment! The host was very helpful. The apartment was complete with everything I needed. I was able to go to the fresh market and make a nice meal from scratch in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it!

Appartamento molto bello. Siamo stati benissimo perchè la casa è comoda, spaziosa e luminosa. C'è anche molto spazio nei vari mobili soprattutto nella camera da letto. Frigo abbastanza capiente e pulito. Ottimo il collegamento a Internet. Ottima la posizione con il supermercato e farmacia sotto casa e comunque non lontana dal centro e dalla stazione. Zona servita da tanti mezzi pubblici. Il condominio è grande ma silenzioso ed è fornito di 2 ascensori. L'unico consiglio è quello di dotare l'appartamento di un aspirapolvere per facilitare le pulizie perchè con la sola scopa o il panno per spolverare non si riesce a pulire bene soprattutto nei posti più difficili. Lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte pulite e abbondanti. Ottima lavatrice

Mario, Susanna, and Emanuele were fabulous hosts! They were responsive and helpful. They kindly met us outside of the building and showed us around the property. Knowing we had young children they so thoughtfully left us ice cream treats in the freezer! There was also a lovely assortment of items in the fridge and a nice fruit tray on the table, which we really appreciated after a day of travel. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice screened in balcony which we used to quickly dry our laundry. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the main road with grocery stores within walking distance. Our kids also enjoyed the playground and grassy area to play soccer (Emanuele even offered to bring us one of his soccer balls if we needed). It’s only a 25 minute walk from the historic center of Bologna and 20 minutes walk from the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Diese Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marco und Chiara haben zu Beginn, als ich noch ein oder zwei Fragen hatte, sofort geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps ipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat Morgen- und Abendsonne und ist gut gelegen - 7-8‘ von der Porta Maggiore und damit der sehr schönen Strada Maggiore mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Einkausmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist auch ruhig, die Nachbarn sehr freundlich, wenn man sich sieht. Auch die Strasse, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr schön und hat Zonenparkplätze, die sich über eine app bezahlen lassen. Fazit: Gastgeber topp, Wohnung super (ich werde zurückkommen) und die Stadt grosse Klasse! Es war alles perfekt.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Damianas Wohnung ist großartig. Sie befindet sich in einem tollen und sicheren Gebäude -quasi ein Palast. Sie verfügt über einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, super sauber und man hat alles was man benötigt. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß: tolle Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und auch sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bologna. Da es im Stadtzentrum liegt ist die Parkplatzsituation etwas schwer - Damiana hatte aber eine gute Empfehlung.

Wir haben zu dritt drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Wohnung von Silvia verbracht und können es nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist top - ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit dem Bus gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen - und die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gemütlich, ruhig, hell, großzügig und ein toller Rückzugsort auch für eine Siesta bei heißem Wetter. Bett und Schlafsofa sind beide sehr bequem. Sehr praktisch sind auch die Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage! Silvia hat uns ein paar tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben und die Kommunikation war super freundlich und einwandfrei. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft die perfekte Basis für die Erkundung von Bologna. Vielen Dank, Silvia!

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!
