Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

We were so lucky to have found Tenuta Verde. Monica and Daniele are hostess and host pur sang. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. Warm welcome on arrival, a welcome package to get you through the first night and morning. All previous rave reviews are completely true. Tips about the area, what to do besides the big sights, and where to eat and buy the best ice cream. Warm personalities who are always there for you. Daniele even brought homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice to "come home" to after a long day away. Wonderful tranquility in the garden and around the house. We're missing it already. After needing a last minute place due to a previous hosts last minute cancellation, we were so glad we found this beautiful accommodation. It was such a refreshing change to have a Airbnb that felt like it was someone’s home that was loved. The host was super friendly and helped us with check in/check out, and had any questions we had answered about the surrounding area. Highly recommend

This was an extremely special airbnb you are unlikely to find anywhere else. The home is so unique with no plastic anywhere, original stone walls, and beautiful views. We wished we had stayed longer. Ignazio was extremely helpful, picking us up from the train station, showing us local hikes, and making sure we had enough food when the local grocery was closed for a special event. Absolutely recommend.

This was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. And Federica, the most wonderful gracious host. The house and its furnishings are magnificent. The amount of effort made by Federica to welcome and accommodate her guests was truly extraordinary. I only wish we had spent more time in Modena during. Our tour of Emilia Romagna. This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

Annalisa and her husband, Michele, were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and even helped me get boxes for shipping and drying my clothes. The space is super clean and well organized. They have thought of everything. The mattresses were very comfortable and the space is peaceful. We slept really well. I highly recommend staying here!

We are super happy with our stay. Everything was great and the host was very nice and helpful. Perfect location with walking distance to the busier parts of the city. The apartment was fantastic for a large group with the 4 bedrooms and one bathroom per room. Clean and comfortable.

A stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a beautiful estate surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect accommodation! The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood where there were nice neighbors. The apartment was clean, cozy (just like the photos), and Gabriele was a super host. He gave us a lot of tips and was very welcoming. We stayed with him for a week and thanks to this stay we fell in love with Modena and we will definitely be back someday🩷. And the big plus was the friendly and wonderful kitties in the area. 🤩

Loved my stay at Tortellino Suite! Alessia was so warm and welcoming and checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure I was doing okay and had what I needed. She also had great restaurant recommendations! The Suite is centrally located and was stocked with thoughtful amenities like free bottled water, a K-cup espresso machine, and bathroom toiletries including extra hair styling items beyond a hair dryer. I actually felt like I was staying in a hotel because everything was so thoughtfully presented. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location is great—peaceful and close to nature, yet easily accessible from the highway. The green area around the cottage is beautiful and perfect for kids to explore. Our 2-year-old son absolutely loved getting closer to the rabbits that live around and walk through the vines—it was such a special experience for him. The place was clean and cozy, and we felt very welcome. The host’s mother received us and was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. A perfect spot for families—we’d definitely come back!

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time :) The accommodation absolutely matches the pictures and the description. It is spacious and well equipped, with small snacks and drinks for the first day! The large pool was open, so we could swim a lot. A large gas grill is also available for grilling. Our host Riccardo was friendly, helpful, was always available and even blew up a collection of bath toys for the pool for our children. A great little bakery is three houses away. Otherwise, you need a car to explore the area - but I think you should inform yourself about something like that in advance. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the neighbors. Due to the dogs and small children, we sat upright in bed several times late at night, as it was really very loud. After three nights, we got used to it.

We spent 3 fantastic days in Daniele's villa, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. We were 9 friends and the house was perfect for our stay: spacious, clean and equipped with all the comforts.
