Lovely and relaxing place, the apartment is very nice, clean and warm. Very helpful. Great location to visit the villages around Trasimeno Lake and in the hills.

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Amazing place with very enthusiastic hosts! Would visit again!

I booked months before but Tiziana informed me that she was giving me the address and phone number the day before, that is, when it would no longer be possible to cancel in case the information received was not satisfactory. When the day before she gave me the address indicating the street number but not the stairs where there were 14 stairs and therefore difficult to find. Tiziana gave me 5 phone numbers but they are all busy 24 hours a day and therefore impossible to communicate arrival time. Upon arrival, I drove around the gigantic complex several times by car and in the end Tiziana intercepted me (fortunately). Beautiful apartment all new, very comfortable, equipped with everything, comfortable bed and equipped with the necessary.
