La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

Rural Umbria | Panoramic villa with private pool

A very memorable stay, Fonte Galiano and its surroundings look like a fairy tale. A large pool, both homes very well equipped with everything a large group may need. Even though we stayed with 17 people, the house didn't feel cramped thanks to its space. There is a lot to see in the area, especially the fairytale Monte Castello di Vibio, a little further Perugia and Assisi. 15 minutes by car to the nearest large Emi supermarket, which has everything you may need for a stay in such a place. In addition, we had very good contact with Roberto, who was always available and helped us in case of problems with anything. To summarize: I recommend :)

From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful. My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

What a gem! The house, garden, and pool are beautiful and inviting. The house has a lot of charm and combines the traditional style of the country house with modern elements! The pool is situated in a lovely garden with several seating areas and has the most amazing view over the breathtaking Umbrien countryside! Everything is very quiet and peaceful. Maryse, Eduard, and their dog Koos are simply lovely. Koos and our dog got along very well wich was a big plus for us and we enjoyed watching them play together. Maryse gave us lots of recommendations about things to do and places to have lunch or dinner and also offered to make reservations for us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!
