The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Anto Elba Island - Beach

Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, which cannot be darkened, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms, one of which is reserved for one bedroom. The house is accessed via an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/deck chairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a private garden with a lawn of about 200 square meters.

It is about 900 m away from the center and the beaches (Madonna delle Grazie, Morcone, Peducelli, Pareti). Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
