However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Our vaulted cellar in exposed stone and rock is located in the center of Coutances. It consists of a room with a bathroom. 40 m2 garden. Quiet and warm. Cottage in the center of the Manche: 10 minutes from the sea. 1 hr from Mont-Saint-Michel. 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches. The cellar is below a stone house being renovated. The flat, located on the first floor of our house, is the perfect balance between authenticity and modernity. The apartment is not adapted for young children.

We rent an apartment created at the end of our house for rent. Accessible by a staircase, it has an independent entrance. Ideally located in the heart of the Manche, you can enjoy the historical sites (landing beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, Cap de la Hague...).
