The view from the house allows you to admire the coast of the Torre Salsa nature reserve on the left, the Bovo Marina beach in the center, and the Eraclea Minoa coast on the right. To reach the house there is a road in very bad condition, so we recommend renting an SUV, about 2 km long, and it is precisely the difficulty of access that makes this place magical, away from noise.

The house underwent a five-year renovation, maintaining all the architectural features both inside and out, with exposed walls and tuff arches. Outside, you can take advantage of three parking spaces. The house enjoys spectacular exposure to both the south and north.
