We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)

Welcome to our 57 m2 family home. Located 70 meters from the ocean and in the heart of Montalivet-les-Bains. You will have a great vacation Please note, we do not provide linens. No pets allowed. The sofa bed is not usable. We have chosen to reduce the cost of renting and to trust our guests to make the house as clean as they found it on arrival. Otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the security deposit.

The apartment is located in a high standard building 30 m from the beach, it has unobstructed views of Royan Bay on the 6th floor with elevator and caretaker. The apartment also offers an unobstructed view of the peaks of the pine trees and the emblematic villas of the Green Park of Royan.
