The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

The Refuge du Trappeur is a semi-detached chalet that sleeps 6. The chalet is in Mont Raimeux, surrounded by nature, quiet. It overlooks Crémines with magnificent unobstructed views and a serene atmosphere, perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area, a dining and living area as well as a bathroom. A beautiful outdoor area with fireplace is available for your use. Maximum sunshine.

The apartment is ideal for walkers who do the Chemin des Crêtes hike. The place is very quiet and relaxing because the house is located at the end of the street. It offers a lovely view of the fields and nature. A place with private barbecue is available in the summer. The village is 10 km from Biel and Granges, it is served a few times a day by a bus. Unfortunately, there is no store in the village.
