I had a great one-month stay at Jacqueline's. She was a great host: always available, warm and concerned about our well-being. The studio is very nice, perfectly equipped and maintained, with a very nice cleaning service proposal. It feels really good at home. For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

The chalet was very cozy and we felt comfortable immediately. The owners have renovated the chalet cozily yet practically; everything you need is available in a small space. We also used the beautiful and quiet terrace and the ping-pong table. There are lots of children's toys for younger children. The beds were just big enough for our children, ten and twelve. For older children, however, it would be almost too tight. It was very clean too. Guests simply need to know that the owners keep their own clothes and food in the chalet. For our short stay, that didn't bother us. But if we had stayed a week, we would simply have lacked storage space. Thanks for the cozy short vacation.

We stayed a couple of nights at Herbert and Lydia’s whilst visiting some places around Bern. It’s close to the highway, so you’re quickly on your way. But far enough to have a peaceful nights rest every time you come back. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, they helped us with everything we needed. They even had a Euro to Swiss plug adapter. Which seems like a small thing, but shows how thoughtful they are.
