Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

This lovingly restored, original stone house creates a peaceful and relaxing home from home, amid cascading olive orchards, grape vines, orange and fig trees. The terrace in front of your house is perfect for morning yoga, as you watch the sun coming up over the mountains or simply recline in your hammock and enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds. At night, the star gazing here is amazing!

Quinta Terramadome: "The dome"

Escape to Portuguese nature, in the middle of our eco-friendly farm. An unusual self-built house. Far from luxury but close to simplicity and "charm". Enjoy the calm and visit the historic surroundings of our beautiful region. This house is located just a 5-minute drive from our village with its restaurants and shops. For the summer? Come and recharge your batteries near the river beaches that we have nearby: waterfalls, dams, swimming pools and natural lakes :)

Serra da Estrela, Tia Dores' House

The house is on the edge of the village without any opposite. The house is close to activities suitable for families with a multi-activity center (tree climbing, mini golf, zip line, etc.). It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

The house is located in Cabeça, a small village right in Serra da Estrela Natural Park. It's only 24km distance to The Torre (Tower), the highest point of Mainland Portugal. We believe there's a little something for everyone in Cabeça, we can accomodate couples, single people, groups up to 6 people, families, and even pets! Breakfast with traditional food is avaliable upon request on reservation.

Fountain House

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Quinta das Sesmarias

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

Casa medieval, de origem judaica (pensa-se que pode ter origem nos judeus sefarditas que foram expulsos de Espanha em 1492 pelos Reis Católicos), inteiramente recuperada conservando por inteiro toda a sua originalidade. Apenas foi incorporada a inevitável modernidade mas nunca entrando em conflito com a sua arquitectura tradicional.

The Haystack

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
