Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monestier

Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It's a really extraordinary, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. House and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to make the old train station a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We really enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could use the "rusty" French skills again. Thank you for everything!

One of the nicest locations we’ve ever visited! Peaceful, beautiful location and comfortable, well-appointed lodging. Gracious, responsive host. Walking distance to a small pharmacy, small grocery store, and very nice restaurant. We would like to go back again!

My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days and wished we could have stayed longer. All instructions were very clear and Suzi helpful with dropping our luggage and then a early check in when the cleaners were finished. St E is a small town and so the location on the main street (still quiet) was perfect. Walkable to everything within 15 minutes or less. Suzi was a very responsive and helpful host and the place was very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped. Could not ask for more in an Airbnb and I have stayed in many over the years. This was probably the best. As my brother said, it was the type of place that you could spend a week in and enjoy just being in the apartment which was suitable for relaxing or even working on one's computer. AJust a terrific place and a very good value as well. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Virginie's place just outside Saint Emilion is a beautiful place to stay. Surrounded by vines on this working winery. the cottage is very spacious and has all the amenities we need. It was lovely to sit outside, surrounded by vines on a sunny afternoon, with a wine, playing a game of Bocce ! This is a much better option than staying in Saint Emilion, which is less than a 5 min drive away Would highly recommend Virginie's place to enjoy a wonderful few days in Saint Emilion

Lovely, well equipped gite, situated in a very quiet rural location (car essential). Host was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to our correspondence. Would recommend highly.

The house was wonderfully spacious, the view beautiful. We could walk into the vineyards and orchard from the garden with our dog for a beautiful walk. When it rained, we could sit in the spacious sitting room. The swimming pool was also well worthwhile. We even got a bike to borrow from Alex, Lucien's son.

A stunning location and a wonderful house full of the history.

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

The accommodation was very comfortable and well-equipped. The terrace is good sized with a generous green space. We felt at home during the 2 weeks of our stay. Hosts who live nearby were available without being intrusive. The Dordogne is rich in places to visit. The immediate neighborhood on foot alone is not of great interest. You must therefore use a bicycle or a car to connect the historic center about 3 km away.

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

The house is perfectly designed and thought out. It is bright, the materials are of quality and chosen with great taste, you will also find high-end appliances. We were warmly welcomed by Mariadèle The garden calls for rest and relaxation, the birds will keep you company throughout your stay. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and has a very spacious walk-in shower. The master suite (pink) also has a bathtub and toilet Single-story and very spacious, the house is ideal for hosting the elderly. I would of course recommend this rental, which is good value for money compared to the services offered.

Very nice apartment with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, quiet, not overlooked, walks and nice activities to do around and for all ages!!!! Very responsive hosts and very available!!!! I would definitely recommend it. Laetitia, Christophe and Jules (8 years 1/2)

Stephanie is a very friendly host. She tells you everything you need to know for your stay and more if you like to know more. You'll need to speak French to communicate with her properly, which luckily for us, was no problem. The apartment was a great place to stay at and very clean. Libourne is a beautiful city to discover. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this place too!

Clean apartment Well located with all the necessities at your disposal I recommend 👍

The stay at Martine's went very well for the 3 of us. You can park there quite easily with the surrounding parking spaces, and the apartment is 15/20 minutes from the center on foot, 10 minutes from Périgueux Plage in summer! Also, the greenway is very quickly accessible for those who want to ride a bike or something. The apartment is very nice, with separate toilet from the bathroom, functional kitchen and large living room. The balcony was not too usable because it was too hot during our stay. We had 3 fans at our disposal. In addition, the entire neighborhood we met is very polite and smiling.

Good value and good services, for what I can judge on this short stay. Excellent hosting, anyway.
