Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monestier

Caroline und Gilles sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber, die bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle waren. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich außergewöhnliche, sehr große Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer (früher die Bahnhofshalle) ähnelt einem Museum, Caroline und Gilles haben alte Bahnhofsutensilien und Bilder gesammelt und dort ausgestellt. Haus und Garten sind liebevoll restauriert und gestaltet, die beiden haben viel Arbeit (und Geld) investiert, um aus dem alten Bahnhof eine wundervolle Unterkunft zu machen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Zentrum von Le Bugue ist ca 1 km entfert, über den schönen Fahrradweg "voie verte" sind es 4 km. Wir haben die Radtouren und unsere Unterkunft sehr genossen. Ich habe mich auch über den persönlichen Kontakt und einen kleinen "Plausch" am Abend gefreut, so konnte ich mal wieder die "eingerosteten" Französisch-Kenntnisse anwenden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Un endroit merveilleux, paisible et ressourçant. Un joli cadre pour passer un moment agréable. Stéphane et Sylvie sont des hôtes réactifs et accueillants. Le petit plus : des conseils avisés pour découvrir le patrimoine des lieux telles que les églises de Montaudon et de Parsac. Nous reviendrons...

My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days and wished we could have stayed longer. All instructions were very clear and Suzi helpful with dropping our luggage and then a early check in when the cleaners were finished. St E is a small town and so the location on the main street (still quiet) was perfect. Walkable to everything within 15 minutes or less. Suzi was a very responsive and helpful host and the place was very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped. Could not ask for more in an Airbnb and I have stayed in many over the years. This was probably the best. As my brother said, it was the type of place that you could spend a week in and enjoy just being in the apartment which was suitable for relaxing or even working on one's computer. AJust a terrific place and a very good value as well. Can't recommend it highly enough!

The flat is absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable, mix of old charm and modern tech everything you may need and more: washer dryer, dishwaher, microwave, lots of plugs for your phones and whatever else you might need. Location, unbeatable, right in the centre of town and with amazing views of the river. Big master bedroom with walk-in closet. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Bergerac, don't look any further, this is it. Won't find anything better. Hermoso apartento, super cómodo, con el encanto de una estructura antigua y la tecnología y decoración actuales. Está en pleno centro de Bergerac y frente al río, con unas vistas espectaculares. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario y más: lavadora y secadora de ropa, lavavajillas, microondas, un montón de enchufes para celulares y cualquier otra cosa, equipamiento de cocina supercompleto y moderno y está puesto con mucho gusto. El dormitorio principal, enorme y con tremendo placard. Era un placer volver a casa.

Hôte disponible très aimable et attentionnée. Le logement est parfait et conforme aux descriptions et à nos attentes. C'est une très bonne expérience.

Je recommande chaudement le logement de Pascale, tout est parfait, la situation géographique, l’équipement, l’environnement (la campagne en ville !), les commerces à proximité sans parler de l’accueil qui est formidable ! Il est certain que nous y reviendrons !

Virginie's place just outside Saint Emilion is a beautiful place to stay. Surrounded by vines on this working winery. the cottage is very spacious and has all the amenities we need. It was lovely to sit outside, surrounded by vines on a sunny afternoon, with a wine, playing a game of Bocce ! This is a much better option than staying in Saint Emilion, which is less than a 5 min drive away Would highly recommend Virginie's place to enjoy a wonderful few days in Saint Emilion

Lovely, well equipped gite, situated in a very quiet rural location (car essential). Host was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to our correspondence. Would recommend highly.

Het huis was heerlijk ruim, het uitzicht prachtig. We konden met onze hond zo vanuit de tuin de wijngaarden en boomgaard inlopen voor een prachtige wandeling. Toen het regende, konden we in de ruime zitkamer zitten. Ook het zwembad was zeer de moeite waard. We kregen zelfs een fiets te leen van Alex, de zoon van Lucien.

La maison familiale de Gilles est pleine de charme, un jardin magnifique. Nous avons passé un très bon week end au calme, la qualité de la literie et la propreté ont également été très appréciées. Merci pour votre flexibilité. Au plaisir !

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

Le logement était très confortable et bien équipé. La terrasse est de bonne taille avec un espace vert généreux. On se sentait chez soi durant les 2 semaines de notre séjour. Les hôtes qui habitent à proximité étaient disponibles sans être envahissants. La Dordogne est riche de sites à visiter. Seul, le quartier immédiat à pied ne présente pas de grand intérêt. Il faut donc utiliser un vélo ou une voiture pour relier le centre historique à environ 3 km.

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

La maison est parfaitement conçue et pensée. Elle est lumineuse, les matériaux sont de qualité et choisi avec beaucoup de goût, vous y trouverez également un électroménager haut de gamme. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur par Mariadèle Le jardin appel à la détente et à la relaxation, les oiseaux vous tiendrons compagnie tout au long de votre séjour. Chacune des 3 chambres est décoré avec gout et possèdent une douche à l’italienne très spacieuse. La suite parentale (rose) a également une baignoire et un WC De plein pied et très spacieuse, la maison est idéale pour accueillir des personnes âgées. Je recommande bien évidement cette location qui est un bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Appartement très agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour, calme, sans vis à vis, balades et activités sympa à faire autour et pour tous les âges !!!! Hôtes très réactifs et très disponibles !!!! Je recommande vivement. Laetitia, Christophe et Jules (8ans1/2)

Stephanie is a very friendly host. She tells you everything you need to know for your stay and more if you like to know more. You'll need to speak French to communicate with her properly, which luckily for us, was no problem. The apartment was a great place to stay at and very clean. Libourne is a beautiful city to discover. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this place too!

Le séjour chez Martine s'est très bien passé pour nous 3. On peut s'y garer assez facilement avec les places de stationnement alentours, et l'appartement se situe à 15 / 20 minutes du centre à pied, 10 minutes de Périgueux Plage l'été ! De plus, la voie verte est très rapidement accessible pour ceux qui veulent faire du vélo ou autre. L'appartement est très bien, avec des toilettes séparées de la salle de bain, cuisine fonctionnelle et grand salon. Le balcon n'était pas trop utilisable car trop grosses chaleurs lors de notre séjour. Nous avions 3 ventilateurs mis à disposition. De plus, tout le voisinage que nous avons croisé est très poli et souriant.

Bon rapport qualité-prix et bonnes prestations, pour ce que je peux en juger sur ce court séjour. Excellent accueil, en tout cas.
