La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.

Appartamento sul mare nel golfo di Mondello

Appartamento con terrazzo privato al 3° piano con ascensore, in riva al mare nel centro del golfo di Mondello, tra le riserve naturali di Capo Gallo e Monte Pellegrino raggiungibili a piedi. Sotto casa spiaggia attrezzata, farmacia, panificio, banche, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie. Fermate autobus e servizio taxi dietro casa, per raggiungere in 15 minuti Palermo. A piedi o con navetta gratuita, si raggiunge la piazza della borgata di Mondello.
