We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

Nick var en fantastisk värd. Värden mötte oss när vi anlände och var hjälpsam både innan och under vistelsen, med tips på restauranger, aktiviteter osv för den bästa vistelsen. Huset har allt man önskar och platsen är fantastiskt. Kajaker, cyklar och fullt utrustat kök mm. Finns några genuina restauranger i området, Gym, mataffärer och salonger. Uber smidigt in till stan på ca 15 min för sightseeing. Kan varmt rekommendera denna villa som Nicke hyr ut, ett säkert kort! Njut😃

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Property From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel truly welcome. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

Best and cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in my life. It’s remarkable, we walk barefoot in the house and there is no dust. Friendly and helpful host, a surprisingly good restaurant nearby.

My family of 6 had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa set in such a peaceful setting. We used Uber to get around and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. 15 mins to Dubrovnik and in the other direction beautiful Cavtat. Beaches at Mlini and Sbreno beautiful with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends

Wir durften unsere diesjährige Mannschaftsfahrt in dieser tollen Villa feiern. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht, alles einfach traumhaft! Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Abend wurden wir bekocht, es war super lecker! Sämtliche Reisetipps (Kotor, Budva,..) haben sich gelohnt. Die Kontakt-Weitergabe für Taxi/Shuttle ist auch nur zu empfehlen, für uns war es ab morgens um 10 Uhr nicht mehr möglich selbst ein Auto zu steuern 😅 Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland an die komplette Famile

Nestled right inside the historic Old Town, we were just steps away from the bustling main street, Stradun, yet enjoyed a peaceful retreat. Being able to walk out and immediately be immersed in the charming alleyways, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning architecture of Dubrovnik was truly magical. All the major sights, fantastic restaurants, and lovely shops were within incredibly easy reach. Beyond the prime location, Ivana herself and her husband are an exceptionally helpful host. Lovely villa, perfect location and everything we needed for a great stay. Even though it was March we were able to make use of outside space as well, which is lovely. Those in rooms overlooking the school said it was very noisy when school resumed on Monday morning! Communication excellent until transfer pick up, when an issue arose. I did have to call twice and resolve it myself, however refund was issued immediately so well handled from that point of view. Thank you

All of the positive comments in previous reviews are spot on. This is great place to stay, spotlessly clean and all exactly as described in the listing. Mihaela was very responsive to messages throughout and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. All of our group agree that this was a great find, probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in and would love to come again and explore more of the area.

We had a fantastic stay in Kotor! The property is very spacious with comfortable beds, and the main house is beautifully renovated. There's a nice private entrance to the bay for swimming, which was a highlight. The hosts were super communicative and always helpful—anything we needed, they provided. We also booked a boat tour through them which was excellent and highly recommended! The top-floor studio is a bit older but still charming and well-equipped. Plus, having a sauna and jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our short stay. Villa is very convenient for local shops and bus stop to Old Town just on the doorstep. The villa was clean and Mara very responsive when we had questions. We especially liked the pool area with its covered terrace and fully equipped kitchen just for the pool area. The view over the inlet is pretty.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Andjela und das gesamte Personal sind supernett! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, im eigenen Jakuzzi den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen bei dem Ausblick ist einmalig. Man ist allerdings bei der Lage auf Taxis oder Auto angewiesen.

We have just returned from a stay at this beautiful villa. Amazing views and the villa has everything you would need. The facilities are great including hot tub, sauna and a heated pool with great views and perfect sunsets. Nikoleta is by far the best host I have stayed with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect with little touches including essentials in the fridge and fresh fruit. Thank you so much for making our family holiday so memorable.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Just got back from eleven days, the villa is amazing , Ilija& Maria arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and greeted us when we arrived, we were lucky to be able to get into the villa early (but understand this is not always possible). The fridge was stocked with lots of lovely things so we didn’t have to got to the supermarket straight away and we could enjoy the pool & lovely comfy sunbeds , the villa has everything you need there are lots of little extra touches that make your holiday special. It is a 40 minute walk down into Cavtat but it is well worth with lots of lovely restaurants & cafe bars, we got an uber back varying from 5- 8 euros. Thank you for making our holiday special.

This villa in the hills above Petrovac is pure paradise! Surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views, it offers total peace and privacy. The stone house is beautifully built, spotlessly clean, and combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The highlight is the stunning pool with panoramic mountain views – we spent hours relaxing there. The large terrace with loungers and a barbecue is perfect for sunsets and starry nights. It’s close to the beaches of Petrovac and ideal for exploring Budva, Sveti Stefan, and Lake Skadar. The hosts are incredibly warm, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. Every detail is perfect. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and luxury in Montenegro – book this place. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Wow, wow, wow! We are already planning our return to this little slice of heaven! The accommodation is the perfect home and the pool area was stunning with drinks, cocktails and nibbles on offer! Sanja and her husband were the perfect hosts! The location is the most peaceful place I have visited and so convenient for our visits to local towns including Budva, Kotor Bay, Perast and Tivat. It is also only a 7 minute drive to the cable cars, which is a must do! We were able to watch the sun set every evening over the mountains and watch the planes land into Tivat airport! Montenegro is an incredible country with lovely people and great food and I can't recommend this accommodation enough, we can't wait to return again next year.
