House vacation rentals in Molunat

Had the most perfect 5 days in the most perfect location. Squeaky clean, well appointed villa. Pool is also bigger than photos suggest. Very easy to find with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous break. I was concerned it may be a little way out from some of the activities we had planned but everything fell into place without any issues. We chose to get a hire car to allow daily food shops but used it to visit Cavtat a few times also. Cavtat is so beautiful and we rented a private boat from there to spend the day visiting islands and caves. Ubers are easy to get and we used these to visit Dubrovnik old town but you could easily drive there in 30 mins.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Exactly as advertised and true to all the reviews: spotlessly clean, super friendly host and ideally placed for trips to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and Mlini all of which are little slices of heaven. We swam everyday and dedicated parking made life easy.

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

Great villa for a party of six. Spacious and clean. Several bathrooms and airco everywhere. Large pool and jetty for swimming in the bay. Great view on the bay and mountains too. Too far from Kotor old town (beautiful!) to walk, traffic in the summer months is crazy. Great restaurants in the area and small supermarkets as well. 15 mins from Tivat airport (50 mins during summer months). Ana is a fine host. Super fast answering our questions with a customer centric focus. Highly recommended!

The villa is set high on the hillside giving outstanding views over the bay. The villa was clean and welcoming and all that we requested for our baby was provided. The pool and outside dining/kitchen was an exceptional space which enhanced our stay. Katja was very responsive in her communication. Miro the owner was very responsive when we requested some extra pillows. We were a family of 6 adults and a baby and the villa provided a great space for us all.

Beautiful home and Steven was the perfect host! I would recommend a car as there isn’t much in walking distance but we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the home was spacious, beautiful and clean. The outside space is huge with comfy sun beds and a large pool! Would recommend staying here to enjoy the peace and quiet after visiting the city of Dubrovnik which is beautiful but busy (we stayed end of September which is not peak season so I would imagine much busier in the summer!) we enjoyed meals out in Cavtat which is a lovely little village within 15 minutes drive. We chose to drive to Dubrovnik as the boat from Cavtat was 20 euros per person return and it was cheaper to drive and park just outside the city and walk in. Dubrovnik is a gorgeous place and everyone is very friendly and welcoming! If you are looking for a large spacious and well maintained property to stay at with gorgeous views, then this is the place for you!

We loved our stay at Ray’s place and our stay in Perast. The location was perfect- right in the middle of town and walkable to everything. The accommodations were comfortable and we loved waking up each morning to a sea view and having coffee on the front patio. We had some travel issues and Ray was extremely helpful, gave great advice, and responded to all questions right away. We highly recommend this house.

Kate and Niko were wonderful hosts and helped us with numerous things during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved it was a family owned and run apartment. The apartment is directly above restaurants but it was no bother to us. The view out the windows was heaven sent! Cavtat is such a beautiful village and the position of the apartment meant everything was right there within a few steps. We would happily return to Kate and Niko’s beautiful apartment.

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Our stay at Helena's and Pero's place was fantastic! Pero was understanding and helpful. No matter what we asked for or when we needed help, he was there! Communication was very fast. The house was stylishly furnished, well equipped and clean. Check in and out was uncomplicated and fast. We had got good recommendations for restaurants, beaches and other activities. All in one we felt very welcomed. Thank you so much for everything!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

All recommendations for Katarina and her apartment. I spent 3 wonderful days here. The apartment has everything you need, it is clean and tidy, in a quiet and peaceful environment, and yet close to the promenade, shops, bakeries, pharmacies... Katarina is a great host, responsive, very helpful, I highly recommend it and wish her the best.

Radmila’s home is in a beautiful location and she provided a ton of recommendations. Her directions made getting to the Airbnb very easy!

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the villa! The last days of September marked the end of the holiday season, and we experienced some thunderstorms and heavy rain. The villa is in a superb location with breathtaking views and peaceful, private surroundings. It’s equipped with everything you could need—kitchen full of gadgets, utensils, plates, even oils and spices. We enjoyed cooking dinners after shopping at Cogimar, a 'Harrods' lookalike store just 3 minutes away. The villa can fit 8 people, but it’s more suitable for 6, as the loft space is a mezzanine above the kitchen/lounge, and sound travels easily. The walk to Kotor Old Town is over 30 minutes but pleasant. A taxi back costs 6-7 euros, and there's parking for 2-3 cars. This villa would be my dream house with its mid-century vibes—bright and modern. However, it needs some modernisation: it's slightly dated, damp, and some windows don't close or lock. It needs TLC.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! The view is absolutely breathtaking—pictures don't even come close to doing it justice. The jacuzzi was perfect, and there was hot water everywhere. The garden is huge and lovely, with a hammock and a beautiful lemon tree in the back. The interior of the house is spotless and beautifully designed. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The location is also great, but I would definitely recommend having a car. Honestly, that goes for most of Montenegro—it’s best to rent a car to fully enjoy the area. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. On our first day, we were surprised with a bottle of wine, which we thought was such a sweet gesture. There were also plenty of travel guidebooks left in the house, which was super helpful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, and the flexibility with the timing made our trip even smoother.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Anita was super friendly and responsive to our communication prior to arriving. She organised airport transfers and accommodated our change in guest numbers ( we added a baby between booking and staying!) without fuss. We were greeted upon arrival (after hours) and the very lovely host helped us with bags and showed us to and around the apartment. The apartment is very new, clean and lovely to stay in. It is very centrally located for all the restaurants and the harbour. Swimming spots are many and all within walking distance. The apartment is on the 1st floor so there are a set of internal stairs to navigate when you first enter but the staircase is wide and we had no problem with our baby - we were able to leave the stroller at the bottom. We will be back!

It was an apartment with a magnificent view, and Milica was very supportive in all matters. We had a great experience, we were very pleased.
