Petar’s place is excellent. It’s near bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery and town. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The property has ac which is really good for summer months in montenegro and a smart tv with netflix already logged in for when you just want to chill at home after whole day of roaming. Petar goes above and beyond as he provides water, beer, fantastic home made wine, cooking necessities and even laundry pods. He allots time to pick us up to and from the airport (for free) even if he has to work the same day. He even gave us a souvenir when he dropped us off. A really touching gesture that you rarely see nowadays. Petar is very genuine, friendly and warm person. He communicates really well, very responsive, gives clear directions and very good local recommendations. If we’re back in montenegro we wont hesitate to book Petar’s place again. Highly recommend. :)

We loved our stay here! If you want a taste of local life with a private beach, friendly neighbors, and a quiet getaway, this is your place. Risan is a smaller town away from the crazy traffic in Kotor. There were markets, a great gelato place, and two local restaurants that we really enjoyed. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive to visit Perast and Kotor, but we ended up so thankful we stayed here because it wasn’t covered in tourists and felt like a quiet oasis away from the crowds. Gorana and her parents were lovely! Helped us find a taxi one day and made us some sweets the next day. The view from Risan is incredible and we spent many evenings sitting by the sea. We 100% recommend and would come back and stay again.

This is a very nice place with beautiful views and nice location. A grocery is right next to the building. The host is super proactive and helpful. The one thing you need to keep in mind that it is 15 minutes walking time from the beaches through a lot of stairs, which was not an issue for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this place very much and highly recommend it.

Perfect stay everything you need from an Airbnb to holiday in comfort. Great proximity to the beautiful Cavtat old town and ferry service to get to Dubrovnik Old Town, avoid traffic and great way to travel. Perfect drive to Montenegro (use the smaller further crossing) and avoid the long delays, perfect 10 minutes from Dubrovnik airport and beautiful beaches and great views from apartment. We loved everything about this location and will be back! Jacov is super responsive and helpful and thoughtful, nothing is too much effort for him!

Book this Airbnb! The view ! The view! The view! It was incredible. The old town is about a 10 min walk, yes some stairs going back up but my husband and I are both out of shape and we could do it with no problem. The steps are worth the view! Trust me! Mirijana was so kind and welcoming and communicative. She arranged for her brother to pick us up and drive us to the airport which was a great deal. Book this place now!

Nice apartment and well located to walk down to the old town and also on down to the seafront. Well equipped and clean & tidy apartment. Lovely sunny terrace with plenty of furniture to use. Garage was useful. Host was very helpful and good communication. Everything was great!

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. It’s a perfect blend of stunning scenery and prime location.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

What a find! Easy walking distance from the Old Town and cable car, it was peaceful to escape back to after a day out. We never met Karmen but her father and brother helped check us in when we arrived late evening and to show us how to use the slightly unusual washing machine, as well as looking after bags after checkout. The shady little outdoor terrace was a lovely bonus and there was everything we needed in the kitchen, including filter coffee machine (plus oven, hobs, microwave). You do have to be mindful of the hot water - we didn't run out but if several people want a hot shower straight after each other, the tank empties fairly fast.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

The apartment has everything you need, it is clean and tidy, in a quiet and peaceful environment, and yet close to the promenade, shops, bakeries, pharmacies... Katarina is a great host, responsive, very helpful, I highly recommend it and wish her the best.

Amazing place to stay with your family. Super nice and responsive hosts. We even got a small welcome and good buy gifts. Would definitely come back. One needs a car to go around as there is no pavement along the roads by the coast. Gets perfect once you rent a car / come with the own one.

Absolutely beautiful stay in a quiet yet central location. I absolutely loved staying at Ines’ place, and found it to be really great value. Just note, the coordinates on the listing are a little off, but the address is correct. So I would recommend just reaching out to Ines beforehand for some details on the location or she could even send you a pin. She is always very responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and so cute, it has everything you’ll need for a short stay, and the real draw of this place is the beautiful outdoor space, which is a small garden with some Mediterranean trees like orange and fig. How amazing to wake up surrounded by trees and birds but still be in the city! The outdoor space is shared between three apartments but is very quiet, and you also have a little private area on the side next to the door. Also, the bed is very comfortable- I felt like Ines really cared for her place and maintains it beautifully. Would love to come back some day!

Milenas Communication was excellent. The Airbnb is in a great location with only 10 minutes walk to Porto Montenegro. The accommodation itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures ! Would stay here again

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!
