Small apartment, close to everything.

Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

Please keep in mind, this is a second story suite. There is 1 flight of stairs. Paws & Relax Guest Suite is located a block and a half up from beautiful historic downtown LeClaire, next to the scenic Mississippi River. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!
