This Charming Landes House has a very beautiful partly covered wooden terrace so you can enjoy your meals outside in all seasons. All this is enhanced by a pretty wooded garden. It is located in Azur at the edge of the road which leads to the ocean (7 km) and the lake (2 km). Near Soustons, Messanges, Moliets and Vieux Boucau. Cycle path 500m away. Surfing, golf, paddle nearby. Central location for visiting the Landes, the Basque country and Spain 1 hour away. no smoking in the house.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

My accommodation is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the shopping center/city center/tourist office, it is limited to 2 people and 1 child from 3 years old. You'll love my place because of its calm and family-friendly side. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with 1 child). Possibility of pick-up from the train station (free service). No pets allowed.

The Annex: quiet air-conditioned kitchen. Swimming pool, bicycles

At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining.
