Come and rest in our 12 m2 balcony apartment located in a vacation residence, with its 2 secure swimming pools available from April to September. Surrounded by the Moliets Golf Course, very close to the ocean and in the middle of pine trees, this apartment will be ideal for recharging your batteries. The pools are within 50 m, and the beach is accessible by walking along the golf course in less than 15 minutes. Free parking, and laundry 20 meters away. Linens are provided.

Come and enjoy this apartment in the heart of the Landes forest with a direct view of the Golf without any overlook. At your disposal, all the equipment necessary to have a good holiday: living/dining room with TV, 4 electric fire stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Sofa bed in the living room and separate bedroom with 140 bed. Find 5 minutes (on foot) the first restaurants and especially 2 accesses to the beaches, central or that of the oaks!

The living area includes a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. A patio door opens to a balcony, which is adorned with greenery. Natural light floods the space, complemented by a modern kitchenette featuring a bar top with stools.
