The place was exactly as described clean comfortable and well equipped. I felt very welcome and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We rented the house for a family gathering with a larger group (more than 20 people), which was served by a catering company on the culinary side. We and our guests , who stayed for 1-2 nights, really enjoyed the house. The house is very functional and you can feel like you are in your own home, and its location provides a lot of privacy and breath from the noise of the city. A large plot of greenery, beautiful trees and flowers invites you to enjoy outdoor relaxation, and there is also a place to play ball, or have breakfast outdoors, also using the grill on the terrace. We all said that we would love to stay longer and think about it when we look here again. Contacting hosts is cordial and impeccable. I highly recommend THIS HOME! :-)

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is bright, spotless, and feels like a private retreat. The sofa was great, big smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home, but the real showstopper is the huge private terrace. It was pure relaxation with a heated jacuzzi ready 24/7, sitting under the stars was unreal. The queen bed was insanely comfortable, the vibe calm and peaceful. Free underground parking with elevator access straight to the door made it even easier. The café and bakery downstairs were perfect for slow mornings. The host was amazing - super responsive with great local food tips. Honestly feels like they’re undercharging at €160 a night for what you get. Pure comfort, total privacy, and real luxury in Warsaw. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Warsaw. Thanks again!

The place was amazing! Just as described, clean, cozy and oh so stylish! The check-in instructions were clear as day. If I ever need to be in the area again, I can only hope it is available again! Highly recommend!

This is a freshly built building, in great condition. The apartment is fully equipped, it was a perfect place for a longer stay too. You don't have to worry if you forgot to buy some food, Zabka is in the bottom of the building, and almost always open! :)

The location of apartment is super well located in the center of the city. Besides that has the apartment every thing you need like a toaster or a water heater. Just reminder that the place is a one room apartment but it’s big enough for two people. I just can recommend it!

A cozy studio in the city center, where I felt at home. Despite the central location - the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The facility is equipped with everything you need, a comfortable place to sleep. I definitely prefer such places with soul than bland "apartments" typically made for rent. I recommend it to couples and solo travelers, a great place. Contacting your landlord hassle-free. Great spot in the center of the capital!!

To all positive guest reviews, I want to add: I stayed here in the autumn period for over a month and found it a comfortable and safe place for a long stay. Clean apartment with good quality appliances that worked well. Perfect Wi-Fi connection. Elzbieta as a great host supported me during the whole period and helped even in the case of my problem at the end of my stay. I do recommend this apartment! enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB. in unit washer was big for us and wifi was strong. comes with a small sitting area and smart tv. located walking distance to the old town. lots of fun vegan food options nearby!
