It’s not a new flat but everything is there and you can use everything. Animals allowed and smoking please only on the balcony. The studio is in the centre, close to the metro station and fully equipped. The 49 m2 apartment is located in the centre of Warsaw, just 400m from metro station. Attention: there is an ongoing staircase renovation, so there is some dirt outside on the staircase. They are about to finish, however we are still waiting for the end.

Very well connected - 10 minutes walk to the metro, 15 minutes by tram to the center. 5 minutes by water park with sauna Warszawianka. Behind the building is beautiful Arkadia Park with lakes. The apartment is best for 4 people, but due to many requests from tenants, I allow renting to 5 people.
