L'appartamento è composto da ingresso zona pranzo con angolo cottura. Sono a disposizione frigo, bollitore, Nespresso e microonde piastra induzione. Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia e scalda salviette. La camera da letto è molto ampia e dotata di Tv letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. L'occorente per la colazione è a disposizione. La porta d'ingresso si apre sull'ampio giardino con possibilità di relax all'esterno. Il parcheggio è sempre disponibile all'interno della proprietà.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Enjoy the tranquility of this magnificent apartment with free and private parking, near Venice airport located 7 minutes away. A 3-minute walk will take you to the train station where you can find direct trains every 15 minutes to Venezia S.Lucia and in just 20 minutes you will be in the center of Venice. In the area you will have Bars, pizzerias and restaurants with home delivery. We provide transfers to all Olympic locations between Milan and Cortina.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night.
