The balcony room has seating for 4 people, a kitchenette and also 2 single beds. The balcony is on the sunny side and you have a wonderful view of the Modriacher Kircherl! Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. At the hotel entrance there is now a vending machine called Seppl which is ready for you around the clock with chilled drinks, snacks, tobacco products and much more. The house on the lake, my personal life's dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, bean bags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us.
