The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Just 10 minutes by car from Bosa Marina with a golden sandy beach, one kilometer long that immerses itself in a sea with emerald green shades alternating with blue, with a sandy seabed that slopes gently towards the sea. The location is strategic, just a few minutes from the sea and is the ideal place to spend your holidays!
