Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer (Couch kann als Doppelbett verwendet werden), einem Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt, Tankstelle Arzt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Gehminuten ereichbar und bietet eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Wien und nach Baden. Das Stadtzentrum von Mödling ist ungefähr 700 Meter entfernt.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Wir hatten einen zweitägigen Zwischenstop in Wien. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartung klar übertroffen. Wir waren zu zweit mit Fahrrad unterwegs und haben alles gefunden, was wir zum Glücklichsein brauchten. Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos und mit Safe kein Problem und v.a. waren wir zeitlich dadurch super flexibel. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top. Da wir eher zur Fraktion Natur gehören, lag die Unterkunft perfekt am Stadtrand. Die Beschreibungen der Freizeitaktivitätsmöglichkeiten konnten wir aufgrund der Kürze des Aufenthalts nicht alle ausprobieren. Die Hinweise von Christian sind toll zusammengefasst in einer Mappe zu finden. Die Wohnung ist super groß für zwei Personen (Platz für einen mehr wär auch), wir fühlten uns zurückversetzt ins Wohnzimmer der Schwiegereltern :). Wir werden die Unterkunft und Christian als Gastgeber gerne weiter empfehlen.

Der eigenständige Check-in über die Schlüsselbox war bequem und unkompliziert. Die Lage in Mödling ist perfekt für eine entspannte und authentische österreichische Erfahrung. Maria ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin! Die freundliche Begrüßung und ihre Bereitschaft, wertvolle Tipps zu teilen via Text Messages, machten meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die Wohnung war eine wunderbare Basis, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und das schnelle WLAN war ein großer Pluspunkt. We have never had a better AirBnB experience. Dani was incredibly accommodating and communicative, even when on vacation. She happily went above and beyond to meet our needs. Her apartment is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. We were particularly appreciative of the baby crib, high chair, toys, and other recommendations and flexibility that let us meet the needs of our small child. The apartment is a short walk from multiple grocery stores and delicious restaurants, as well as quite near the hospital and train station and only a bit further away from the city center.

A calm body of water is surrounded by tall green trees and lush vegetation along the banks. Individuals are seen swimming in the serene water under a clear blue sky, creating a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation and leisure.

Margit ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Das Häuschen war für uns genau richtig. Bequeme Schlafsofas, kleine Küche, Badezimmer mit Wanne. Die Anbindung an Wien ist sehr gut. Die Kinder liebten die ausgezogene Schlafwiese und fanden es auch richtig gemütlich. Der Fernseher hat Netflix, was für die Kinder ein Highlight war. Margit hat uns sehr geholfen, als unser Kind am Abreisetag krank wurde und wir später auschecken durften. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Stylish Youthful Condo in the Heart of Mödling

What impressed me most was how responsive Gabor was, we locked ourselves out of the apartment and had a few follow up questions and he answered fast and was really helpful. Even though it was really hot we slept fine with enough fans to keep us cool. The place is spacious and there’s enough storage, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and were happy to be able to spread out and have multiple places to relax in. Only downside is the factor that there’s no elevator, but this way we got our steps in. Parking was uncomplicated, everything is close by and in walking distance. Would come back anytime again!
