Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

The place is suitable for all ages, families with children and pets. There is a barbecue area. Parking space under the patio - open garage. Since we appreciate every visit, we have a welcome gift for every guest when they arrive.

Guests also have access to a fenced garden with a children's playground, a covered pergola with seating, outdoor seating, and a swimming pool in summer. Free parking right next to the house. On the ground floor of the house there are two other small apartments for rent.
