The apartment is fully equipped (dishes, appliances, towels,...) In the bedroom there is a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (mattress on the floor). Parking right next to the house. The last approx. 200 m the driveway may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but carefully passable depends on the current weather.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, and a travel cot for a small child is also available. Located in a quiet area within walking distance of the ski resort, grocery stores, and a pastry shop. Opposite the house, there is a bobsled track, and in the summer, there is a children’s area with lots of attractions. Parking is available right by the building in the yard, under the CCTV system.

Parking is in the public parking lot in front of the house. Close by is a convenience store, a playground, and a restaurant with great beer and burgers. The place is great not only for skiing in winter, but also for biking, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within easy reach. The perfect place for a family vacation in the Giant Mountains!

Hello. I have a two-room apartment to offer, which is located in the center of Kudowa. The apartment is a living room, bedroom plus kitchen. I want trouble-free guests to make the stay a success for both parties. In addition to Kudowa itself, near Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Praga. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.
