This facility is a renovated, old-fashioned, single-story house in a quiet residential neighborhood in Hayama Town. A calm place to stay, where you can relax with your family. It is an old house, but it is fully equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. There is a TV monitor connected to Amazon Fire TV. (TV broadcasts cannot be received.) The garden is also well maintained, so you can have a pleasant time. Isshiki Beach, within walking distance, is a famous beach that is one of the 100 best beaches in the world. There is also the Imperial Villa, which is the Emperor's villa, and Hayama Park, which is great for walks. If you are traveling by car, it is 15 minutes from Yokohama Yokosuka Road to our facility. We also provide free parking, so it is easy to use, and you can easily go to Yokohama, Kamakura, Zushi, Yokosuka and Miura Peninsula. Access by public transportation is about a 5-minute walk from Hayama Boulevard, a 15-minute bus ride from JR Zushi Station. Keikyu Store, Sotetsu Rosen, Suzukiya, and Seven Eleven are within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to procure daily necessities and ingredients, and there are plenty of restaurants. Hayama-cho is rich in nature, so you can enjoy SUP and snorkeling in the sea, and hiking in the mountains is also recommended.

It is a compact one-room old house surrounded by mountains. Please spend a relaxing time in nature where birds chirp. Private BBQs are also popular on the BBQ grill in front of the entrance. There is a Daruma stove on the dirt floor, so you can burn firewood to warm up on cold days, or sunbathe on the terrace or veranda. The kitchen has a 3-burner gas stove, gas oven range, large sink, cookware, dishes, and various glasses. (Please bring your own seasonings) The bathroom, made of cypress walls and tiles, has a separate bath and toilet, so you can use it without hesitation.
